The Compute and Storage engineering team provides core technology infrastructure to the Firm's applications to run on and partners closely with the Sourcing function which helps us negotiate large deals with vendors.

This position supports the two Managing Directors who have global responsibility for these functions with light touch support to 7 Executive Directors based in North America plus local support for the growing Alpharetta-based engineering team.


Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the physical and virtual office for two Managing Directors and the Compute and Storage Engineering team Executive Directors.

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.

Carries out administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, logistics for large physical and virtual meetings and travel expenses.

Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.

Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Provides information by answering questions and requests.

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

If you are willing to stretch yourself, very willing to extend normal Exec Admin duties with additional responsibilities in the team (for example Town Hall content, online training subscription management and usage analysis, blog content editing, video editing).Working hours are normal office hours.
