The TA needs to be a deep technical expert in the platform with experience between 3 and 5 years on the platform and the market. The idea is that this resource help us to set up new changes in the platform, manage the services, connectivity, create custom developments, and support the client teams with technical BAU activities.

Responsibilities

The Technical Analyst will provide application support solutions for Broadridge's Impact system and will lead or assist in projects surrounding the supported applications.

Act as the SME and business liaison to receive support requests, guide them through to developers and vendors, and see them through to completion..

Effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience working with Broadridge's Impact.

Proven technical analysis skill set requirement definition, problem solving, data analysis.

Excellent/subject matter expert knowledge of Broadridge's Impact system.

Advanced business process and application knowledge.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of trade processing and settlement/clearing

Good knowledge of Fixed Income products
