Team Profile:

Technology & Operations COO (TOC) enables the transformation of Technology, Operations, and Firm Resilience by establishing strategic objectives, leading with a clear narrative and achieving results through the delivery of day-to-day operations. This position is specifically in the Technology & Operations Business Management (T&O BM) team. This role supports the planning, modeling, governance, process improvement and analysis for workforce planning and execution.

?Drive effective governance & controls with divisional management to ensure workforce actions are in line with strategy & guidance

?Work closely with the reporting team to enhance workforce analytics and create a concise catalogue of curated reports?Facilitate the integration of Morgan Stanley acquisitions as well as other areas of the Firm onto standardized tracking and reporting


You have:

Min 2-3 years' experience as product owner or workforce manager

?Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis packages

?Excellent written & verbal communication skills: ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external partners cross-divisionally

?Superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders

?Flexibility towards changes

?Strong problem-solving skills

?Knowledge of labor budgeting processes and concepts
