Junior Business/Finance Manager
We are seeking a Junior Business/Finance Manager to support the Investment Management Technology and Operations Divisions. The candidate will be part of the Technology & Operations COO Business Management organization, supporting financial management functions including budgeting, forecasting, and actual analysis and reporting, expense trend analysis and modeling, application lifecycle management, cost center management, and balance sheet management. The candidate is expected to demonstrate expertise in financial management functions and processes, act as a trusted business partner on behalf of the organization and serve as the strategic interface between the Divisional delivery teams and the broader COO organization and its supporting functions.
Responsibilities include:
#Management Reporting: Provide analytical and process support to IM Technology and IM Operations Divisional, as well as Tech & Ops COO leadership. Deliver excellent customer service through actionable solutions, which enables our stakeholders to evaluate and make strategic decisions to drive commercial success.
#Financial Management: Responsible for financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, cost allocations, and cost center rates management
#Business Management: Responsible for headcount and funding requests, cost control reviews and monthly accounting/financial hygiene of the IM Technology and IM Operations organizations
#Organizational Governance & Other Maintenance: Responsible for supporting organizational activities including cost center and department structure maintenance, allocation sets maintenance, leadership presentations, and other related activities
#Application Lifecycle Governance: Provide financial and process governance on application decommissions. Ongoing engagement with key stakeholders as a subject matter expert in order to ensure timely and seamless execution of the system decommission process

The incumbent should expect to work in a global and virtual team that spans across multiple time zones. The applicant is able to juggle multiple priorities, is able to take ownership and accountability of key deliverables, and functions as a liaison to the central business management teams.
Work Experience/Educational Requirements:
#Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance and/or Technology Business Management ideally in Financial Services
#Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance and/or AccountingRole
Requirements:
#Experience with financial management and budgeting processes, activities, and concepts
#Have a solid understanding of financial principles such as Software Capitalization and accrual basis accounting
#Demonstrated ability to create concise and cogent management reporting
#Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
#Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
#Ability to be flexible with ever-changing prioritization #Ability to influence in a matrix environment, and drive change throughout the organization, across departments and levels
#Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint including Pivot Tables, vlookups, embedded formulas, and data manipulation #Thorough attention to detail and precision
#Comfortable with ambiguity and able to implement structure where needed #Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
