The Americas TAP Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating all Americas TAP operations from Pre-TAP through TAP day-to-day execution and support, in addition to supporting the implementation of Post TAP strategy. The candidate will work closely with the Americas TAP Manager who will guide and coach the individual in learning and understanding training program management front-to-back.

We hire application developers with skills in C++, Java, C#, etc. and platform facing engineers with a focus on operating systems, databases, production plants and more. Though the trainees are hired for all locations in which we have technology staff, the major training locations are New York, Montreal, London, Budapest, Mumbai/Bangalore and Shanghai.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting with the design, development, and execution of the full time Technology Analyst Programs across various Technology and FRCG silos

- Managing all logistics of training programs, including:

- Facilitating all pre-Program communications and in collaboration with HR Campus Recruitment-Coordinating all aspects of analyst onboarding and orientation experience

-Fostering and maintaining relationships with conference center staff, multi-media, food/catering and facilities (onsite)

- Overseeing internal/external venue logistics (onsite)

- Overseeing site operations and analyst transitions session-to-session, week-to-week

- Scheduling course dates/times with internal/external vendors

-Tracking candidate travel and housing details

-Maintaining Program calendars

-Maintaining Jive and Sharepoint sites

-Preparing materials for distribution

-Creating class rosters and tracking classroom attendance

-Addressing trainees? daily questions and escalating as appropriate

-Generating feedback evaluation criteria, assessing and measuring the effectiveness of the training currently in place and refining existing training programs in conjunction with the Program Manager in order to manage experience, manage cost and improve efficiencies

-Collaborating with regional TAP counterparts on various global program aspects such as analyzing and maintaining centralized feedback collection with the DART team, engagement events virtual or onsite, internals training with the ETS/AI team, final project solicitation and TAPCON, and more


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS DESIRED/REQUIRED:

- Undergraduate degree (at least)

-2-3 Years experience with a junior talent population in training/HR/related program management-type job

-Personable, good listening skills, able to speak in front of groups

-Excellent attention to detail during busy times whilst processing a high volume of requests

-Strong communication skills and an ability to liaise with people on all levels

-Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines

-Strong leadership skills

-Solid proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel/PowerPoint & Word

-Understanding of data, metrics, analytics, a plus ?Certain amount of flexibility e.g. a willingness to work overtime when required

-Interested in working with a global team

-Desire to build a career in program management

-Interest in talent development, management and retention

-Interest in technology; knowledge will grow as the candidate becomes increasingly more involved in program management and in demonstrating understanding of the curriculum
