The WM UX team is looking to onboard a senior UX designer to support the NBA - Lead IQ squad. 

The UX designer will strategize and execute the product vision by being heavily involved in the end-to-end product design process. 

This is an extremely complex project and we need to ensure that the resource assigned to this area is senior enough to be able to manage these relationships.

Additionally, they must be a self-starter to help the Lead IQ reporting squad ideate future state. 

The squad has needed a resource since the start of 2021. Department funding is available for this position.
