Role:


This role will deal directly with internal and external clients that are facing various issues with internal systems, transactions, and entitlements across Prime Brokerage. You would assist the clients by acting as a liaison between them and various support and development teams. Your responsibility would be to track the issue from start to finish and keep the clients updated through the process. 


Qualifications:


We are looking for candidates that are motivated to solving problems for our clients. They should have excellent communication skills, be diligent, organized and have a sense of ownership to see things through to a resolution. This role will require someone that can handle multiple issues at a time that span across many different departments. Having a financial background and production support experience is a desired as well as experience dealing directly with clients.


Successful candidates have often had some or all of the following:

?Background in Computer Science equivalent to a B.Sc. Equivalent practical experience is a reasonable substitute.

?Experience in software development: automation-related experience valued in particular. Scripting languages such as bash, python, ruby, or compiled languages such as C, C#, JAVA, Scala and Go are most relevant but others are acceptable.

?Experience with security (fire-walls, content filtering etc). Good handle on working of web applications.

?Awareness of, and ability to reason about modern software & systems architectures, including load-balancing, queueing, caching, distributed systems failure modes generally, micro services, and so on.
