Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor junior developers in information integration standards, best practices

Provide expertise as the internal escalation point

Providing training for the customer support team

Works with development teams to identify accurate cost and resourcing needs for ETL projects

Leads efforts to diagnosis complex ETL and/or performance issues in existing production applications

Manages all aspects of small to medium projects concurrently from initiation through closure • Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, encompassing project team structure and resource assignment, implementation, testing and training plans, creation of a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements and ensuring successful transition to support and maintenance teams • Owns all project risk

Responsible for the end to end process once the PM is transitioned from Sales

Follow a defined process/checklist to prepare the environment set up of the new PM

Set expectations with all parties involved

Track tasks and ensure deadlines are met through the process to ensure a smooth transition experience for the PM
