Enterprise Asset Disposal Program Manager
Enterprise Asset Disposal (EAD) is a small team responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Firm's technology asset disposal needs, including the documentation of Firmwide procedures, vendor management practices, as well as destruction processes and oversight.
We are looking for a Program Manager to help execute against this portfolio of work, which involves numerous internal as well external stakeholders.
In addition to the coordination of program activities, this candidate will also be responsible for clearly documenting processes and follow-ups among multiple workstreams owners and subject matter experts that interact with the team.
Assignment skill requirements include:
Program management experience and proven track record of success within the financial services sector
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus within dynamic teams, including technical specialists
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English) with the ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
Demonstrate good time management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects
High level of attention to detail and ability to present complex material in a succinct and concise way
Experience in reporting project status to multiple levels of stakeholders in a clear, concise and transparent fashion
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; Jira and/or SharePoint experience preferred but not required
Strong team player with a high level of commitment; eager to learn new technologies to better support the role
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience managing large or complex programs (within the last eight years)
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for management and coordination of workstream activities to include reporting, project planning, and risk mitigation.
The candidate will produce project documentation and plans, ensure deliverables are met, risks and issues controlled, status communicated and evolving requirements are accounted for
Work closely with many different areas of the organization including Senior Program Managers, Technology System Owners, Risk Officers, and Operational support functions.
This role requires the program manager to establish themselves with key stakeholders and an understanding of the subject matter from both a broad and detailed point of view
Produce accurate and concise materials for risk assessment and evaluation purposes by internal and external parties; assist on development of presentations where senior management is the main audience
Meet with SMEs to ensure that specialized topics are correctly addressed, discussed and documented and investigate new or emerging requirements
Preferred Skills:
Experience within the financial services or similarly regulated industry, as well as a solid technical understanding and background of delivery across infrastructure technologies
Understanding of technology infrastructure (compute, storage, database, network, data centers, security, etc.), IT service management, and delivering major change programs in an infrastructure context
