Role Summary
Our company is seeking an experienced candidate to join the Technology Business Development (TechBD) group with responsibility for supporting senior executive directors (2-3) focused on internal and external meetings. Our team has various strategic relationships across the technology organization, front office of the Firm?s business, and vendor community.
TechBD is responsible for ensuring all the capabilities of the technology organizations are harnessed to deliver value to the respective Technology and Business franchises. The successful candidate will have high visibility at the most senior levels and will also work very closely with leaders throughout the Firm and external community. This person will have direct connection with internal CIO, COO and CEO offices.
Primary Responsibilities
?Maintain and own an ever changing calendar
oSchedule all meetings and conference calls while handling meeting conflicts
oRespond in a timely manner to e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings
oAbility to understand prioritizations at any point in time and re-prioritizing as needed,
oCorrespond with external clients including C-Level executives and technology leaders as well as act as liaison with clients and their assistants
?Additional Day to Day Support:
oPrepare necessary presentation and meeting materials in partnership with other team members
oNavigate Firm's resources, interface with various departments on behalf of executives to collect information, respond to requests
oRetrieve research or other necessary materials from intra/internet
oAd hoc projects as needed
?Coordination of Conference / Events:
oAssist with registration, reach-out when needed, tracking of attendance, confirmation of attendees and relevant information required
oCoordinate all related conference rooms including any catering, audio/videoconference set up
oArrange all aspects of travel, keeping executives' travel profile up-to-date, manage approvals, arrange flights, hotels, rental car and sedan service, currency exchange
oPrepare and submit all expense reports on a timely basis, following up on discrepancies and missing receipts to maintain current balances
Skills Required
?10+ Years of experience in Financial Services or relative Corporate Experience (supporting senior leadership)
?Proven ability to manage multiple calendars, concurrent priorities with minimal supervision.
?Excellent customer service skills and ability to juggle changes.
?Strong ability to execute under tight deadlines
?Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
?Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
?Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint. Salesforce is a plus.
?Poised professional demeanor. Ability to handle demanding, busy environment with composure and precision.
?Ability to work autonomously making decisions that best serves the team.

?Prior investment banking or sales & trading experience a plus
