Description
Workplace Support Services (WSS) is responsible for supporting the technology needs of our global business partners across Desktop Support, Monitoring, Service Delivery, Helpdesk, and Employee Experience.
Within WSS, the Workplace Experience Services team is seeking an individual to join the team to help drive this transformation within this support services area within Agile and other organizational change initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
• Lead and facilitate strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and service managers to identify areas of opportunity to decrease “time to market” for our services, improve productivity and customer experience
• Drive adoption and engagement efforts across WSS for Agile transformation
• Coaching for relevant individuals and squads / teams as they transition to Agile methodologies
• Support for overall WSS Agile transformation strategy, which includes future pipeline planning, discussions around future ideal state, identification of roadblocks
• Engagement with partners such as EUT to unite on strategy and execution
• Translation of discussions into strategic executive content to enable discussion across Tech areas and within WSS Leadership
• Lead discussions on initial focus of Service Management transformation into squads and center of expertise / chapter formation
• Serve as Service Delivery Manager-like capacity for these initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years working in a mature Agile environment
• 10+ years / seasoned Agile consultant/ Scrum Master
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban and agile practices at scale)
• Hands on experience working with IT shared service functions (business and operation functions
o Capacity planning, financial operations, asset management, system & network monitoring/alerting and change management.
• Self-starter, capable of taking initiative, seeking out and building relationships
• Drive engagements from concept to completion with minimal guidance
• Executive written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fluid environment and adapt as necessary
• Highly motivated individual who possess ability to work in both individual and team settings
• Familiarity or experience working in a support services organization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work and deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring issues to resolution
