As a member of our company at Work team, you will be responsible for working on the business’s most critical strategic initiatives. This individual will join a team of high performers. Candidates in this role should be able to structure ambiguous problems to derive actionable steps, have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Quick learner with a desire to work in a fast paced start-up like environment within an established firm. You will be exposed to a multitude of initiatives to drive growth and achieve business objectives.


We do not have any hard requirements and will train. Employees will be responsible for migrating information into Salesforce. Some data entry experience and any knowledge of equity compensation industry would be beneficial but is not a hard requirement. Typical day would consist of sourcing information from various systems and populating it in Salesforce, reviewing for accuracy, and getting approval from appropriate stakeholders.

1. Salesforce experience

2. 1-3 years. We will train so attitude and willingness to learn matter more than experience
