JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Scrum Master

POSITION DESCRIPTION : As an agile advocate, the Scrum Master will be part of a team whose mission is to deliver the most advanced digital marketing solutions for our company. Our team is committed to the highest standard of agile methodologies and we are seeking a passionate and experience individual who shares the same commitment. The Scrum Master should be obsessed with delivering value to our company's customers, in addition to,coaching our agile teams to become self-governing, efficient and performant. They also work with resources outside our agile squads to remove impediments. More importantly, they promote and foster a collaborative culture and ensure the team regularly celebrates success and learns from their failures.

Responsibilities:

# Promotes the Agile Methodology through training and coaching

# Works with the Product Owner and the development team to build a prioritized backlog which delivers value to the customer.

# Helps decrease any risk to the delivery by removing impediments

# Ensures there is a constant flow of interactions between stakeholders, Internal clients, and the agile teams to promote alignment

# Establish the appropriate governance and define the RACI for new and ongoing projects

# Organizes and carries out all the agile ceremonies (in-person or virtual)

# Report on key metrics and provide stakeholders with more transparency to the value being delivered

# Facilitate retrospectives to improve team dynamics.

Required Technical skills:

# Working knowledge of Jira system in a technical field

# Understanding of Agile Methodologies

# 5+ year experience in either technical or Scrum Master / Service Delivery Manager role.Nice to have

# Preferably technical background

# Certified Scrum-Master

# Understanding of online marketing and customer experience technologies.
