We are looking for a talented individual to join a team of information security experts responsible for protecting Firm, client, and employee sensitive/confidential data. The ISIMI ITIC team is responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing them via automation and tooling. Job Responsibilities

Manage a team of cyber security developers

Mentor and acquire top talent for the team

Lead and drive innovation into the solutions adopted by the team

Design and build tools and automation

Collaborate with other teams across our Organization and work with them together on deliverables

Engage the Incident Response and Investigations and other teams to understand requirements and convert them into functional, high-quality software features

Skills Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

10 years of experience in software development in the context of some cyber security role

Solid working mastery of one of programming languages - python or java or another language

Leadership experience with people management in operations functions

Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Strong verbal and written English communications skills

Ability to effectively host calls with senior members of the Firm, translate complex technical problems

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Flexible and self-motivator

Able to work under tight timeline and pressure situations

Skills Desired

Knowledge of Splunk, Hive and any of the Business Intelligence products is a plus

Technical or information security certifications or any of Software Development Certifications
