Position Highlights
- Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
- 34 patient care hours and 6 administrative hours weekly
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule
- EPIC electronic medical record system
- Team-based care model with dedicated support staff
- Bilingual medical assistants available for patient support and translation services
- Opportunity to serve a diverse patient population, including migrant and Latino communities
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary: $141,000 – $155,000 annually
- Additional earning potential through productivity and patient satisfaction incentives
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance

- Malpractice insurance provided with no tail coverage required

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
Physician Assistant
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
