UHC Solutions is recruiting a Family Medicine Physician for an established nonprofit community health organization in Chicago. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with children, adults and families while improving access to comprehensive primary care.

We are seeking an English/Spanish bilingual physician who values collaboration and understands how family circumstances, culture and access to resources influence health.

The Opportunity

Provide preventive care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and help patients navigate their ongoing healthcare needs. Work alongside medical, behavioral health and support professionals in a coordinated care environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive primary care for pediatric and adult patients, with some assignments involving OB/GYN care.
• Ambulatory and inpatient care, hospital privileges and call as assigned.
• Patient education, treatment planning and coordination with specialists.
• Participation in quality improvement and accurate clinical documentation.
• An ambulatory productivity expectation averaging 2.6 patient visits per hour.

Qualifications

• MD or DO and completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required credentials and hospital privileges.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to serving diverse communities.
• A collaborative approach to patient care.
