We are hiring a Bilingual General Dentist!

 

Come join our exceptional clinical team within our Oral Health Clinic System along the beautiful Central California Coast in Santa Cruz. This position as a General Dentist involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to patients of all ages, as your specialty colleagues provide services. As a Bilingual Oral Health provider at our organization, you will work closely with our Lead Dentists and other General & Pediatric Oral Health providers and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

 

The mission of our clinics is to make prevention more common than treatment by providing affordable, high-quality, culturally competent oral healthcare to vulnerable low-income populations. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.

 

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:

Compensation: $128k - $185k, DOE

Schedule: Full Time - 5 days x 8 hours, including a Saturday rotation

Operational hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Paid Time Off - Dental Provider

  • 1st year         120 hours / 15 days, increasing with tenure

Continuing Dental Education

  • CDE is reimbursed with a passing grade. Rates are determined each fiscal year.
  • License fees are included!

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
  • Possess 2+ years of experience performing oral health procedures with patients of all ages (over 9 years old)
  • Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of California
  • Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate
  • Possess bilingual English/Spanish communication skills

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2+ years of clinical experience with patients of all ages
  • Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
