The organization provides comprehensive dental services—including preventive, pediatric, geriatric, and special needs care—through a culturally sensitive, patient-centered model.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Chief Dental Officer (CDO) to serve as the clinical leader of the organization, partnering directly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive clinical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth.

The CDO oversees clinical governance, quality, compliance, provider performance, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include establishing clinical standards, leading quality improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring clinical staff.

We operate a structured clinical model with the CDO’s leadership spanning Supervising Dentists, Dentists, and Clinic Managers, supporting quality care delivery and operational efficiency.
