A large, established Community Health organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its team in Salem, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to develop long-term patient relationships, practice comprehensive family medicine, and make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

You’ll work within a patient-centered medical home and collaborative care team while managing your own patient panel across the lifespan. The organization has a long history of expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare and offers the stability and resources of one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest community health networks.

Position Highlights

• $322,000 annual compensation
• Guaranteed first-year annual salary
• $30,000 hiring bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation allowance
• $2,000/month resident or fellow stipend
• Full-time, 1.0 FTE
• 34 clinical hours + 6 administrative hours per week
• Full-scope Family Medicine panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Dedicated certified bilingual Medical Assistant supporting patient care and translation
• Epic EMR
• Malpractice insurance provided with no tail coverage needed
