A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing team in southeastern Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to practice 100% outpatient medicine while caring for a diverse adult patient population with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy aging. Candidate Eligibility

• 2027 residency graduates are encouraged to apply
• J-1 waiver and H-1B visa sponsorship available
• Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians welcome
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $247,000-$333,000 annually (DOE)

Continuing Medical Education

• $5,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for medical licensure and DEA registration
