Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide same-day care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Manage urgent pediatric concerns and follow-up visits
- Deliver family-centered, evidence-based care
- Coordinate care with pediatric providers and support staff
- Participate in quality improvement and access initiatives
- Support continuity of care through effective communication and care coordination

Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary: $141,000 – $160,000

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Eligible for Washington State licensure
Physician Assistant
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Bachelor's degree in Health Science with PA training
- Eligible for Washington State licensure
