A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide same-day pediatric access in a thriving outpatient setting in Yakima, Washington.

You'll help improve access for children and families by providing timely care for acute illnesses, minor injuries, urgent concerns, and follow-up visits in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide same-day care for infants, children, and adolescents
  • Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
  • Manage urgent pediatric concerns and follow-up visits
  • Deliver family-centered, evidence-based care
  • Coordinate care with pediatric providers and support staff
  • Participate in quality improvement and access initiatives
  • Support continuity of care through effective communication and care coordination

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base salary: $141,000 – $160,000
  • Additional earning potential through productivity and patient satisfaction incentives
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Eligible for Washington State licensure

Physician Assistant

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Bachelor's degree in Health Science with PA training
  • Eligible for Washington State licensure
