We’re looking for a Director or VP of Marketing who will also have a core focus on building out our ABM and demand generation efforts for net new customer acquisition, as well as leading all things marketing. This is a key hire with an important role. The right candidate has an enormous potential to grow here and the ideal person is someone who wants to eventually be a VP of Marketing for a high growth Enterprise SaaS company, or is looking for the perfect company to do it even bigger and better this time around.
What you will be doing:
- Full ownership of marketing
- A core focus will be on building a demand generation engine that will build pipeline and generate qualified leads for our sales team
- Strategize, plan, communicate, execute and measure cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Be the hub that coordinates our messaging, creative, content, BDR, and marketing operations teams to plan, build and execute campaigns
- Delivers a steady cadence of always-on, ABM, and highly targeted campaigns based on an ideal customer profile and persona marketing
- Analyze and communicate campaign performance to marketing, leadership and sales
- Effectively measure progress towards funnel metrics, penetration of target accounts, and optimize your efforts to achieve goals
- Help map our buyer's journey and work with a cross-functional team to build out and optimize each step
- Mange marketing agencies and contractors
- Establish and have ownership of marketing operations and tech stack
Qualifications we are looking for:
- If you are a “full-stack” B2B marketer with skills in enterprise marketing, ABM, lead generation, inbound marketing, persona/segmentation, and campaign optimization then you should apply for this role.
- You’re comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and refining and optimizing processes. You’ll own the overall day-to-day marketing activities and direction, campaign strategy and execution and collaborate with your teammates to build out a demand generation program that is scalable.
