Our client is a well-respected manufactured home community owner and operator with communities in 8 states (and growing).
I am hiring for an experienced Regional Manager who is ready to make an impact across a major portfolio of 15 communities in AL, GA and North FL.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Community Managers in daily operating activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular visits to communities within the region
- Assist in managing accidents, emergencies, and immediate mechanical needs, ensuring timely reporting to the corporate office.
- Recruit, train, and motivate Community Managers, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
- Set performance expectations and conduct annual staff reviews as directed by corporate.
- Develop and manage community/regional budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Analyze financial operations and variance reports, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue generation.
- Understand the market through regular market studies and develop marketing strategies to increase revenue-producing sites.
- Support sales staff in new and used home sales, oversee advertising efforts, and order home inventory based on market demand.
- Participate in company strategic planning and contribute to the development of operational strategies.
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Regional management experience, preferably with manufactured home communities.
- Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue producing sites (RPS), delinquency, sales, recapture, and controllable net operating income (NOI).
- Success driving accountability, coaching teams, and holding staff accountable to meet KPI targets.
