What you’ll do as a Sales Manager:
- Lead and manage a team of new home sales professionals across communities in East Florida.
- Lead all grand openings and new phase launches for communities in your territory.
Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
- Manage all Sales Staff across multiple communities.
- Recruit and hire future sales representatives.
- Cultivate, train, motivate the sales force.
- Drive sales team to meet or beat set sales goals.
- Motivate and coordinate between sales, escrow, marketing, construction, product development and acquisition and mortgage.
- Create new incentives and rewards for sales team.
- Realtor outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office presentations).
- Work with the Director of Marketing and other executives on marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Work with the realtor partners on all marketing promotions.
- Perform competitive analysis on product, features and neighborhoods/amenities.
What you’ll need as a Sales Manager:
- 5+ years’ of experience in New Home Sales
- Florida Real Estate license is required
- The ideal candidate will have had successful “Sales floor” experience
- Experienced in hiring, sales training, employee development, etc – able to provide excellent examples
- Aggressive demeanor toward sales and market development
- Entrepreneurial attitude toward the business (no micro-managing here)
- Success with realtor engagement would be very helpful
