Looking for a full-time or part-time Sublease Optometrist that will join a well-established Optical in Queens, New York!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Established Optical in Forest Hills neighborhood
• Optical will refer patients to the Optometrist
• Doctor will sublease (rent) the office next to the Optical
• Rent Price: $1700 per month
• Sublease OD will do all of their own billing and run their own private practice
• The following equipment will be provided: Refractometer, Slit lamp
• Optical willing to provide Tech coverage if Sublease OD prefers

SCHEDULE

• Full Time or Part Time
• Flexible hours - make your own schedule!
• Optical’s Business Hours are:
• Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-7:00pm
• Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm
• Sunday, 11:00am-5:00pm

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
