DETAILS

• 4 day work week = Full Time
• 2 days in Preston, Idaho & 2 days in Logan, Utah
• Flexible on days
• No weekends!
• Routine Eye Care + Medical Optometry
• Visual Field, Optos, EMR

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $130,000-$150,000 Salary + 15% Production
