Optometrist - Full Time - Buffalo Grove, IL

We are looking for a Full-Time Optometrist to join a well-established practice with strong MD/OD collaboration and excellent support staff in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. This practice is just 40 mins to River North, Chicago! 

Practice Highlights:

• Primary Care, Medical Optometry, and pre/post-op LASIK care
• Co-manage patients with MDs 
• Strong technician support
• Modern technology, including OCT, Optos, Visual Field, and Auto-Refractor
• Average patient volume of 2–3 patients per hour

Compensation:

• Base Salary + Production model 
• $145,000–$160,000 base salary (based on experience and 2-4 Saturdays a month availability)
• Potential to make up to $40,000 on top of base salary with the production model for full-time 

Schedule:

• 5 days per week
• 2–4 Saturdays per month required (compensation will be higher for a 4 Saturdays a month commitment vs. 2) 
• Closed Sundays
• Position will float between 2 offices located less than 10 minutes apart (50/50 split)
