• Ability to do 1,000+ cataract surgeries a year
• Can also incorporate Glaucoma or Cornea if desired

• Established practice focusing on excellent patient care! 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation:
• 35% of collections
• Year 1 will have a guarantee of $350,000 - $375,000 depending on experience
• Relocation available up to $10,000
• Commencement bonus available of $15,000-$20,000
