COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Year 1: Minimum of $350,000+ Guarantee (based on experience) 
• Year 2: Receive 35% of Collections
• Unlimited potential -- no compensation cap!
• Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Up to $20,000 Relocation Assistance
• 4 weeks of PTO + 6 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday
• 3-4 days of clinic and 1-2 days of OR time
