Glaucoma Specialist / Ophthalmologist – Private OD/MD Group - Up to a $50,000 Sign-on – Cheektowaga, NY

We are seeking a Full Time Glaucoma Specialist / Ophthalmologist to join a well-established Private Practice in Cheektowaga, New York!

DETAILS

• Full Time
• 4 clinic days + 1 OR day per week
• 500 Cataract / Glaucoma cases per year
• 40-50 patients per clinic day & 10-12 cases per OR day
• OD in the practice takes all the call - MDs are secondary call 1 week per month (very rarely gets called)
• Strong Tech & Staff Support including Clinical Supervisors and Scribes
• ASC with 7 OR's
• CATALYS® Precision Laser System, Optiwave Refractive Analysis (ORA) technology

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Year 1 Base: $325,000-$400,000 + 25% after threshold
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $50,000
• Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance
• Opportunity to be a shareholder in the ASC (after 1 year)
