Optometrist - Full-Time: 4-Day Work Week - Santa Barbara, CA
We are looking for an Optometrist to join a well-established, boutique private practice with excellent support staff in Santa Barbara, California!
Practice Highlights

- Including Primary Eye Care & Medical Optometry
- Opportunity to do Scleral Contacts & Binocular Vision (Not Required)
- Dry Eye management and treatment experience is required!
- Mentorship available
- Strong staff support - well-trained techs that do full work-ups
- Modern technology:
- IPL, Lipiflow, Low Level Light Therapy, OCT, Visual Field, Auto-Refractor, Corneal Topography
- Patients are scheduled every 30 minutes
- See an average of 10 patients per day! Huge opportunity to grow the practice
Compensation
- Hourly Rate +Monthly Production
- $65-$82 per hour (based on experience and expertise)
- Potential to make up to $140,000+ annually based on a 4-day work week (This is seeing an average of 10 patients per day)
- Room for growth
Schedule
- Full-Time = 4 days per week
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Saturdays are required & have shorter hours
- Closed Sundays
