Optometrist: $205,000 Salary + Bonus, $10,000 Sign-On, $15,000 Retention + No Weekends - Thomasville, NC (20 miles to Winston-Salem!)

Looking for a full time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Thomasville, North Carolina!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Greater of: $205,000 Base or 16% of Revenue
• $10,000 Sign-on Bonus
• $15,000 Retention Bonus after 3 years
• 401(k) with 4% employer match
• 3 weeks of PTO (increases over time)

• Monday-Friday
• No weekends!
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
