DETAILS

• Full Scope Optometry: Primary Care, Medical, Pre-op patients 
• Full Time
• 5 days a week
• 4 day work week option can be considered 
• Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM 
• 1 late day a week -10:00 AM - 6:00 PM 
• No weekends
• See patients at 2+ locations in the area, only 20 minutes apart 
• No call for ODs
• Modern technology: Visual field, OCT, Slit Lamp, Digital Phoropter, Autorefractor
• Great support staff including Office Managers, Techs, Scribes, etc. 
• 45-50 patients a day

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $160,000 Base Salary + Production Bonus
• $175,000-$200,000 potential 
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus
• Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance
