• Primary Care + Experience with Medical 
• Hard Contacts + Scleral experience preferred 
• Days needed: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS & PERKS

• W2 / Employed
• Greater of $65-$75 per hour or 15% of Monthly Generated Net Revenue Produced
