Optometrist: Vision Therapy Leader - Full Time - $230,000+ Income Potential - Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking an Optometrist: Vision Therapy Leader to join a well-established multi-disciplinary Medical Center that provides comprehensive, patient-centered health care services in Brooklyn/Williamsburg, New York!

DETAILS

• Full-Time Vision Therapy OD Leadership role
• Responsible for seeing patients + overseeing the Vision Therapists, reviewing charts, and re-evaluations
• Full Time = 4-5 days per week (36-40 hours)
• Monday-Friday (Friday's are a half-day!)
• At least 1 Sunday per month
• Closed on Saturdays
• Vision Therapy + Primary Care & some Medical Optometry
• 10-14 patients per day
• 75% Pediatric patients
• Strong Staff Support including Techs & Scribes
• Collegial group with strong collaboration!
• 2- to 4-doctor a day practice
• OCT, AR, Fundus photography, and all regular eye exams equipment
• EHR: eClinicalWorks

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $200,000-$230,000+ Income Potential (depending on experience, training and scheduling)

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed a Vision Therapy Residency or strong experience with Vision Therapy
• Leadership experience preferred (example: Residency Director, managed a practice or market of practices, led a team of ODs, taught OD students, etc.)
• Active New York OD License
