Optometrist - $20k Sign-on + No weekends + $200k Potential! Albuquerque, NM

Join a well-established private practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico, looking to hire a full time associate doctor who is passionate about full scope Optometry. Our next doctor will have an interest in low vision, myopia management, and vision therapy. 

Position Highlights:

• Days/Hours: 
• Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a one-hour lunch
• Fridays are appointment-only, typically ending by 2:00 PM
• See no more than 20 patients per day
• Mentorship provided by the practice owner, who specializes in myopia management and vision therapy

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $150,000 to $200,000 (based on experience)
• Potential for future profit-sharing and revenue-sharing opportunities
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 at start and $10,000 at 6 months pay out
• Health and dental reimbursement

• 15 days of PTO accrued during the first year
