We are seeking an Optometrist to join an established private practice in Waterford, Connecticut! Less than two hours from Boston, MA and one hour to Providence, RI!

DETAILS

• Full-Time Optometrist position
• Full scope with primary care, heavy medical and opportunity to incorporate specialties
• See 14-15 patients a day on average
• Fully trained technicians and support staff!
• Work with 1-2 other ODs!
• No call

SCHEDULE

• Monday- Friday with at least 2 Saturdays per month
• 4 or 5-day work week option available
• Flexible scheduling is available for hours
• Can start earlier or later in the morning 

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Up to $10,000 Sign on-bonus available
• Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
• Student loan reimbursement available
• $160,000-$180,000 based on experience + bonuses
• Bonus available: $20 per patient seen over the 85 weekly revenue patient threshold (count excludes RX check, F/up, dilations etc.)
• IPL bonus based on cost share after threshold – based on productivity, could be an additional $20,000-$30,000 per year
• Incentive on scleral contact lens patients (scleral interest is not required) 
• Open to create a profit share on any "specialty focus" of Optometry practice that our future OD would like to develop.
