Optometrist - Full Time - 4 Day Work Week + Make $170,000 Year 1 + Great Benefits - Alexandria & Arlington, VA

Join a well-established private practice seeking a full-time Optometrist to provide exceptional patient care across two offices in Alexandria & Arlington, Virginia! With a strong 60-year presence in the community, the practice is dedicated to excellence and comprehensive eye care. Our offices are commutable to Washington, DC! 

Our future Optometrist will practice full-scope optometry in a supportive and patient-focused environment and will be the only OD in the office!

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• $150,000 + Revenue Generated Daily Bonus
• $170,000 potential Year 1 in 4 days
• Extra $400 per week in bonus on average

DETAILS

• Full Time = 4 days a week! 
• Opportunity to work 5 days if you would like
• Monday-Friday: 10AM-6PM (with flexibility)
• Saturday (work at least 2 per month): 9AM-4PM
• Closed on Sundays
• Hours can be flexible 
• Opportunity to work an 8-hour day OR work 4 10-hour shifts 
• 3 days per week in Arlington + 1 day per week in Alexandria
• Offices are conveniently located within 15 minutes of each other
• A dedicated parking spot for the OD is included at both offices
• 3 patients an hour / 20 minute exams
• 15 patients a day on average
• Updated technology
• Digital phoropter, EMR, Tonometer, Visual Field, Digital Retinal Imaging
• Strong Staff Support
• Office Manager, Front Desk, Sales Associate/Optician
• Pre-testing done by technician
