Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist – $800,000+ Income Potential + $75,000 Sign-on Bonus – Orlando, FL

We are seeking a full-time Retina Surgical Ophthalmologist to join a collaborative team of dedicated eye care professionals in Orlando, Florida! Step into an established, high-volume retina practice with immediate patient demand and excellent referral relationships.

DETAILS

• MD/OD Group Practice
• Full-Time = Monday-Friday
• 4 Clinic Days + 1 OR Day
• Float between 4 clinic locations (all within 20-30 minutes of each other)
• You will have a set weekly schedule
• Access to a state-of-the-art ASC and the latest diagnostic and laser technologies
• Strong Staff Support: all staff is cross-trained and bilingual
• Minimal Call Schedule - shared with ODs!

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in Ophthalmology
• Completion of a Surgical Retina Fellowship is required to join
• Comfortable administering Intravitreal injections
• State medical license to practice ophthalmology in Florida or eligible to attain one.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
