Join a well-established private practice in Surprise, Arizona—serving the community since 1994! We’re looking for a personable and patient-focused Optometrist who enjoys building lasting relationships and practicing full-scope Optometry with a strong medical component.

DETAILS

• 4-day work week
• Monday-Thursday
• Hours: 9am-5pm
• No Nights, No Weekends!
• See 9-12 patients a day on average — plenty of time to build lasting relationships with patients and deliver quality care
• Updated NEW technology including Optos, OCT, Visual Field!
• Full-scope Optometry with a heavy medical focus
• Must be comfortable with medical billing 
• Tech support provided

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Daily Rate: $600/day
• Healthcare Reimbursement: Up to $250/month stipend
• Time Off: 14 days PTO + paid holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day)
