We are looking for a motivated Optometrist that will be our sublease holder for an established practice in Euclid, Ohio

DETAILS

• Mostly Primary Care
• 2-3 patients per hour
• Full support team provided including Billing Manager, Marketing Support, Opticians & Technicians
• Updated technology: EMR, Retinal cameras
• Low rent 

SCHEDULE

• Float between 2 offices
• Euclid, Mentor & Middleburg Heights
• 30 hours/week to receive benefits 
• 4 day week available 

This position includes:

• 1099 or Hybrid-model with Consulting stipend available. 
• Average 5-day work week OD compensation package with consulting stipend = $150,000 Salary
