I’m working with a well-established 24/7 support and managed services partner. They’re trusted by hundreds of digital agencies worldwide and support websites and platforms built on Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager and more.

They’re looking for a Senior Commercial Lead to build and own their agency channel. You’ll report directly to the MD and have real autonomy to shape the role.

What you’ll be doing:

🔹 Building and growing a portfolio of agency partners

🔹 Owning targets for agency-sourced support and maintenance deals, from first conversation to signature

🔹 Building strong relationships with the major CMS vendors and their partner teams

🔹 Representing the business at agency, CMS and digital industry events

What you’ll bring:

✅ Previous experience in a digital agency, ideally in client services, new business or partnerships

✅ An extensive, active network across UK digital agencies

✅ A track record of building partner channels and hitting partner-sourced revenue targets

✅ Experience selling support, maintenance or retained services contracts (a big plus)

💷 Up to c£80k base + OTE £130k (uncapped) dependent on experience
