Bid Specialist Lead (Technology Solutions) – Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: up to £80,000 + benefits

They are now looking to appoint a Bid Specialist Lead to play a pivotal role in driving high-quality, winning propositions across the business.
THE ROLE
As Bid Specialist Lead, you’ll take ownership of qualified bid and tender opportunities, working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and key vendor partners to create compelling, commercially robust proposals.
There ia particular interest for someone with the wider experience in Public Sector framework agreements, across Healthcare, Central & Local Gov.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and manage qualified bid and RFQ opportunities from assignment through to submission
• Draft, edit, and proof-read high-quality commercial and technical proposals
• Work with internal pre-sales, technical, purchasing, and sales teams to build complete solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to secure content, pricing, and commercial support
• Act as gatekeeper for bid / no-bid decisions
• Position solutions aligned to customer strategy and objectives
• Ensure proposals are consistent and aligned with brand standards
• Support Sales teams ahead of negotiated procurement and customer meetings

ABOUT YOU
Essential:
• Proven experience in the bid ownership process as the lead
• Strong attention to detail and written accuracy
• Experience using CRM systems
Desirable:
• Commercial knowledge and solution articulation skills
• Experience of bid-writing best practice
• CRM experience (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
Any AI platform experience
