Account Manager

IT buyers do not need another catalog. They need a partner who turns hardware, software, cloud, security, and services into outcomes they can defend. As Account Manager, you own a book of commercial accounts and make this organization the default choice when those customers refresh, modernize, or outsource. Success is measured in revenue, gross margin, and annual contract value—not activity.

Performance Objectives

  • Grow assigned accounts to plan by expanding share of wallet across products and recurring services.
  • Build and hold pipeline coverage that supports quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and services targets.
  • Convert transactional purchases into multi-year solution and managed-services agreements with documented business cases.
  • Run executive business reviews with IT and procurement leaders that surface funded priorities before they hit a bid.
  • Orchestrate solution architects, services, and OEM partners so proposals win on fit, speed, and margin—not price alone.
  • Keep forecasts and opportunity data accurate enough that leadership can plan delivery and inventory with confidence.
  • Recover stalled deals within the quarter by resetting scope, stakeholders, and close plans.

Environment & Resources

You report to sales leadership and work daily with inside sales, solution architects, services delivery, contracts, and finance. The portfolio spans digital workplace, cloud and data center, networking, security, collaboration, and professional and managed services, backed by a global supply chain and top-tier manufacturer certifications. You will use the commercial CRM for forecasting and have partner funding, technical specialists, and proposal support to advance complex deals. Territory travel is expected when a face-to-face meeting changes the outcome.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven quota attainment selling IT products, solutions, and services into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of growing existing relationships while opening net-new opportunities inside named accounts.
  • Ability to explain deal economics—revenue, gross margin, and recurring services—and structure offers that protect both.
  • Experience coordinating OEMs, presales, and delivery teams through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Executive presence with CIOs, IT directors, and procurement stakeholders, plus disciplined CRM and forecast hygiene.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience building multi-year account plans in a channel or solutions environment.

Why This Role

  • A full stack to sell—products plus professional and managed services—so you are not capped at box revenue.
  • A global fulfillment engine and deep partner bench that let you promise, and deliver, end-to-end.
  • Clear scorekeeping: quality of deals and services bookings matter as much as top-line.
  • A client-centric sales culture that rewards ownership, learning, and collaboration across a diverse team.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, and a retirement plan with a match, plus paid time off aligned to local requirements.

If you can turn trusted relationships into profitable, services-led growth, apply. Bring your results. We will show you the accounts.
