Software Solutions Executive (Business Development Manager)


Remote with travel around UK / Hampshire HQ 3 X A MONTH


£55k-£65k base + double OTE



Our client are a technology solutions company offering a software SAAS solution into the lucrative the Energy sector.  


They are currently looking for a business development manager with a proven background in new business selling SAAS or Data.


The objective is to build the UK market & if you have ambitions to build Europe, this is also on the cards.



Top 4 highlights


1) Ability to sell SAAS or DATA.


2) You have sold £1m + deals across new business & account management.


3) You understand the sales cycle of 6 months + pipelines.


4) You are familiar with tenedring & bidding as this is how it works in the energy sector




Key accountabilities:

  • 1st of all maintain and build on existing business and some tenders in progress as we speak.
  • Then the ability to also generate new business
  • Identify, target, close high-value opportunities in energy sector, SaaS and data solutions
  • Build and manager a sales pipeline
  • Prospecting and networking
  • Solution selling


Your experience:

  • Proven end-to-end B2B SaaS sales
  • Selling of data technology is an upside
  • Understanding of tenders & bids in the energy sector.
