Our client offer a Security SaaS product for employees. They offer a fully managed service from a portfolio of safety devices.
They are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team to manager a host of accounts.
The Role:
- Retaining and growing a base of approx. 150 accounts.
- Understand each clients contract status, account health any potential churn risk
- Have a retention plan for each account.
- Prioritise high risk renewals, strategic renewals and top spending accounts
- Grow the base – Drive new product uptake through whitespace analysis working closely with the customer success and Customer care teams
- Identify and communicate any churn risk immediately through relevant channels and plan a mitigation strategy.
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally from a Managed services or SaaS technology background
- Ideally have sold a subscription based model
- Are target driven and customer centric
