Our client is a leading auto parts manufacturer with an immediate opening for a Quality Systems Manager at their facility in the greater Dayton, Ohio area. The Quality Systems Manager will work cross functionally with multiple departments and sister facilities to manage IATF and ISO certifications as well as the overall quality system. In addition, the Quality Systems Manager will act as the Assistant Quality Manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IATF16949 and ISO 9001 certification and systems
- Manage overall QMS/EQMS system
- Support ISO 14001
- Work with management team to ensure company is meeting customer quality expectations
- Maintain current documentation for production staff and operators
- Support departmental budget by tracking expenses.
- Support sister plants in the management of Quality Systems
- Support Budget Administration
- Facilitate Training Planning Activities quality group
- Lead 6S Activities
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
- Minimum of 3+ years internal/lead auditor experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Demonstrated experience using corrective and preventive action skills (8D, 5Y, Fishbone, etc)
- Excellent computer related skills with emphasis on MS Office and EQMS
- Superior communication skills
