Tax Senior

We’re seeking a Tax Senior who is ready to step into a leadership role, mentor others, and make a real impact. This position offers a clear path for advancement to Manager, with support and resources to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategic consulting to clients across diverse industries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with leadership on high-impact engagements
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence
• Support business development through networking and proposals
• Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred (or active CPA candidate)
• 2–5 years of recent public accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Collaborative, client-first mindse
