Audit Manager

Responsibilities

  • Review financial statement engagements and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, and budget monitoring.
  • Assess financial records for accuracy and standards compliance.
  • Mentor and supervise assurance staff.
  • Manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
  • Participate in career advisory programs.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of solid audit/assurance experience gained within a public accounting firm
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational techniques are required
  • Must be highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple client engagements
  • Business development experience preferred, encouraged if no prior experience
