Accounting Manager

We are a close-knit team focused on serving small businesses and their owners. We are looking for an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant to join our Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, or Myerstown teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quarterly tax planning for clients
• Prepare various tax returns (individual, corporate, etc.)
• Review financial statements on a monthly basis
• Manage payroll tax returns
• Develop business strategies and offer solutions to clients

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA preferred
• Comfortable with technology and paperless processes
• Experience with tax software is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping small business owners understand accounting and tax matters
